A Novel Method for Preparation of Carrageenan/Fish Scale Collagen/Allopurinol Biocomposite Film

چکیده

Biopolymers such as carrageenan or collagen can be used carriers for loading a drug to enhance drug’s bioavailability. In this work, allopurinol was loaded on carrageenan/collagen blend and the carrageenan/collagen/allopurinol (CCA) biocomposite films were prepared using ionic gelation method combined with 3D printing gel ink material. The advantages of are ease in shaping design controlling thickness films. results infrared (IR) spectroscopy field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) analyses showed that CCA have regular structure, functional groups components biocomposites interact each other. After 30 minutes immersion distilled water pH buffer solution, swelled disintegrated. control release simulated body fluids. addition, kinetic models reflecting process from fluids also been calculated.
